With a lot of people viewing e-cigarettes as a gateway drug, criticizers completely believe that non-smokers will transfer from e-cigarettes to testing with the real thing. There’s also a fear of the mysterious long-term future effects of using e-cigarettes due to them being so new on the market. Protestors of the habit are rebelling back by hoping to get the age and price both elevated in order to make them more difficult to attain.
This report amazingly went in contradiction of the criticizer’s concerns. With this being the first national report of its kind, it showed that only .4% of people who had not ever attempted using tobacco before were now vapors whom either vape daily or a little less frequently. This information furthermore revealed that smoking cigarettes among early smokers has fallen and the use of e-cigarettes has risen.
