Carla and her staff are amazing! Their honest and they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. Their juice is better then most premiums for a fraction of the price. It's made in a lab and not in the back of the shop like other vape shops. I highly recommend going here.

I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Carla is always informative and answers all my questions. They have a tasting gallery (you have to try the cuppajoe! It's very yummy. ) and a big variety of different mods and accessories.

The service could not have been better! My wife and I went in on Saturday May 25th and the gentlemen working was super helpful! He got me set up with a tank mod, taught me how to use it and change coils, let me try 20 or so flavors until I found two that really hit my tastebuds and even told me to come back if I wanted him to change the coils for me. I could not have been happier and the kicker is I have only had 2 stink sticks in the 5 days since! That’s down from 20 a day on a good day.. I already feel good about making a life change. Thanks guys! I’ll be back soon for more yummy liquid!

Carla Patrick Adriana are some of the nicest people I've ever met they are very helpful not only will they teach you how to work your mind but will help you sample juice to choose what's best for you. They help me find the right nicotine that I need it so I can stop smoking. They really make you seem at home and comfortable when you walk in!

Awesome place with relaxed seating area. As well as a bar you can sit at to try different flavors. Very friendly and helpful employees. My 2 go for flavors are strawberry waffle swirl and cotton candy.

There are tons of vape shops in the area but the Galleria was the first I've been to to treat me like an intelligent human being. The owner took his time to educate me so I walked out with the right product for me. I love the tank and juices I picked up earlier. They made a loyal customer today.

Helpful staff

I like the layout of the store. Good variety of flavors. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Alot of shops have gotten away from having testers out so you can sample the juice before buying. They have a bar you can walk up to and try anything you're interested in. My two complaints are that they only carry 30ml bottles, nothing bigger. And the juices are pricey. I recommend this shop.

Friendly people, some nice flavors, but most importantly: knowledgeable staff. FYI it's in no vape shop's best interests to accept returns on juice once opened. Heck, with the different paraphernalia attachments for these things, if it was up to me, I wouldn't accept equipment once opened either.

We go here all the time. The people who work there are awesome and they have a really good selection!

This is the best place I've been so far, for all your vapor gear, and I've been to seven different vape-shops in the Fort Worth area. I have yet to go in, and they not have what I want. They keep up and sell some of the latest mods, juices, and tanks. Pretty much all of their products are reasonably priced, except say for the juice... personally those are a little too expensive for me, so I buy mine online, unless it's a flavor I cant live without, or it's in the 5 dollar bucket. They do holiday bag deals, giving discounts, free juice, and - if lucky - a free mod!!! Speaking of discounts... they care about military and vets, so let them know, show proof, and claim your discount every time you visit... I do!!! All employees are very knowledgeable on all material, and between the entire staff, they know all. I highly recommend this be your stop for all your vapor needs! Next time i visit, I'll take some pics and post them. Hope you'll enjoy your visit as I do!

Hands down the best Vape shop in the area. After being less then pleased with other shops I can't tell you how refreshing it was to walk in and not feel awkward but rather right at home. This is, by far, one of the best Vape stores in the Keller area. They always go above and beyond any time I come in with an issue (usually due to user error) and they always come through for me.

So I just got done buying my vape and I have to say I’m impressed with the customer service. I went in told the guy what I liked and he helped me pick out a great vape!!!!! Love this place!!! I will be returning to try the juice when I run out of my mother’s milk!!!

Excellent customer service (like above and beyond) Love the staff and the juices! I started vaping last year and went through various pens, juices and they really walked me through all the options. As far as start-up kits and different coils, they have some of the BEST pricing options. Friendly atmosphere, love that both Euless and Keller/FW location has a staff that gets to know you on a first name basis. Out of all the vape shops/stores in DFW you can't go wrong with Vapor Galleria. Finally, I have to say for anyone looking for a reliable store they can count on, the Keller/FW location is where it's at. Recently I had an issue with trying to find coils to a new Smok product and Carla (the manager) seriously went out of her way to order these new coils for me, overnighted at that and kept me updated throughout the process. You can't ask for better customer service than that. Great store, the juices are awesome and again great products at some of the lowest prices I've seen!

First off, the manager and assistant manager are total babes. Not only are they easy on the eyes, they are friendly, fun, and knowledgeable about everything their shop offers. Every time I come in, I spend close to an hour hanging out with the staff. This shop offers quality products at a decent price. There's no need to look elsewhere.

Hear this, the manager and the assistant manager they are kewl. Here is the story of how they saved my life.... there i was strung out and shopping at Aldi (still have enough mind set to be thrifty) and here comes a group of individuals all in matching attire. Black shirt and pants, the best combo, they came and picked me up when I was weak. They loved me when I was lost. Gave me wings when I couldn't fly. My god they are the rock I stand on. This place is serious awesome and is a pretty cool hang out. Everyone in the place is awesome and rocks my socks.

Good service; truly loved the people so no beef there at all. Device selection also good but prices are little inflated even for a brick & mortar shop - as we've come to expect with any chain of stores. Juice quality is mid to low, their PG/VG ratios are not set: premade with lackluster ingredients. Additionally, their nicotine is too harsh to run in anything except like a protank. When I visited (not sure if this is still the case - weeks later) they carried no premium juice lines. When I asked if the did, I was told that 'all their juice is premium'... psht... For those that don't know, "premium juice" is an industry-coined term describing juices made and bottled by ouside companies (suicide bunny, space jam, deep blue, etc etc) that can be picked up and sold by ANY vape shop and sold at the manufacturers required minimums. According to my undersganding, Vapor Galleria has its own lab which makes all the juice for all the locations. I take no issue with this at all... I prefer juice to be made in big batches to ensure consistency between bottles (as I'm sure many vape snobs like myself do)... just please don't train your employees to twist the industry terminology to sucker the nubies into spending money... Step it up vape fam! We gotta take up for each other! Overall - this probbaly is a decent shop for beginners, but there are better way shops around this area. Getting people off cigarettes is one thing, but always look for a shop that know its stuff. Customer service, variety, quality, and price points are my main criterium. If you value different things in a vape shop, then this review probably does you no good whatsoever, lol. REMEMBER: Always check out a variety of shops to find the one that fits you best! Good luck to this shop and its customers.

My first time in a vape store. Tony was very helpful in helping me make my selection and explained everything so I understood. Being able to taste the different juices made it helpful in deciding which flavors I liked/did not like. Will definitely be back again.

Best vapor shop ever! At first, I was pretty nervous about coming to this shop. I was afraid I wouldn’t find the right flavors or having poor customer service. Boy! was I wrong. When I walked in, I was greeted and had plenty of help from the employees. They explained all the flavors they had, what ingredients are in the juices, and also the nicotine level that would be the right fit for me. I was so mind blown of how knowledgeable and helpful they were. Adrianna and Angus are the two most sweetest people you can ever meet. Every time I come back they always make me feel welcomed. I’ve been to many vape stores in Arlington, Irving, Keller you name it. This by far is the best one. 🙂

I LOVE LOVE LOVE This place!! They have my all time favorite juice which is Blu Cane. At first they only had blu cane in a 30ml, but I requested to have it in a 60ml and they did it!!! Under Doctor's advisement need to quit smoking. Tried several times on again off again. I have visited and made purchases at Vapor Galleria for years now. The staff shows professionalization and understanding. But I must say Adriana is the very best.

My sister and mother had both been in and loved it but I did not have the same experience. A worker in there(didn’t get her name but short lady medium length brown hair with bangs) asked if I was 18 ( I do look young, so I used to that but I am 26) but instead of asking for my ID she rolled her eyes and huffed. Made it seem like an inconvenience to help me when I asked to try the juices and every time I wanted to try a different one (which was only twice) she sighed and rolled her eyes. By the second juice I just wanted to get out of there. I am happy with my juice but severely unhappy with the customer service!!!

I'm totally grateful for the young man with the beard who helped me Oct. 1,2017. Customer service was excellent.. I was in the area from Mineral Wells having lunch, and I needed a cool to hold me over till my came in I got online. They didn't have the one I needed but he tried to get one he thought would fit my tank an give it to me. It didn't work but to keep my business he offered a tank for cheap to hold me over.. Angus was phenomenal! He gave us great suggestions after we asked which I appreciate the non pushy approach. Picked up the Rocket Pop with menthol and some Intense Mint of their own store brand and it tastes really good. He set me up with a new tank because I was using outdated stuff. MUCH easier to change the coil now.

Very nice shop, prices higher than most but the quality is hard to beat. Keep to the flavor of the week and watch out for new 60ml bottles if you want to stay on a budget. Honestly if you want quality this is the place to go, I recommend the Nova flavor.

Just went in for a Falcon M-Triple coil and both guys there were super friendly and helpful! In and out in less than 3 minues, definitely a record time in a shop for me. I love that these guys understand a shop shouldn't close at 8pm on a Friday!!
